- · Referral tier rankings recompute every week, Sunday at midnight UTC.
- · Affiliate commissions are distributed on-chain every week (midnight UTC) once the accrued balance reaches or exceeds 25 USDT. Balances below the threshold are never forfeited and automatically roll forward until the next distribution cycle in which the threshold is reached.
Referral Program Disclaimer
The CrowdBet Referral Program rewards eligible referrers based on activity attributed to their unique referral identifier. Referral attribution is performed through transparent, blockchain-verifiable events generated by the CrowdBet smart contract system. While blockchain records provide the basis for attribution, only activity recognized by the official CrowdBet protocol and associated systems shall be considered eligible for referral rewards.
Referral rewards are paid in accordance with the Referral Program rules in effect at the relevant time. As the CrowdBet ecosystem evolves, we may periodically refine the Referral Program, including its reward structure, eligibility criteria, payment schedules, supported assets, and related terms, to reflect changes to the protocol, applicable regulations, or the operation of the program.
CrowdBet is a blockchain-based, non-custodial smart contract betting protocol. Participation in the Referral Program does not create any partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, joint venture, investment, or other legal relationship between the referrer and CrowdBet.
Referral attribution and reward eligibility are determined by the protocol’s blockchain records together with the applicable Referral Program rules. CrowdBet may withhold, reject, adjust, or reverse referral rewards where it reasonably determines that activity is fraudulent, abusive, self-referred, generated through automated means, intended to manipulate the Referral Program, or otherwise violates the Referral Program rules or the integrity of the protocol.
CrowdBet does not guarantee any minimum referral activity, betting volume, user retention, reward amount, or future earnings. Referral rewards depend solely on actual eligible activity successfully attributed by the protocol and compliance with the applicable Referral Program rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrowdBet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Referral Program, including, without limitation, claims for lost profits, lost commissions, lost referral rewards, loss of business opportunity, anticipated future earnings, loss of goodwill, or any other direct or indirect economic or consequential loss. Participation in the Referral Program is entirely at the referrer’s own risk.
Referrers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any tax, advertising, marketing, disclosure, licensing, or other legal obligations associated with promoting CrowdBet.
